I had a fantastic stay at Akha River House! The hotel is located on a little river outside the city center, giving it a peaceful and natural atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I had a lovely patio overlooking the river....  

Beautiful riverside location, helpful boy at reception, nicely designed rooms with spacious bathrooms, clean and large rooms, friendly and smiling staff.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the city center and easy access to tuktuks. , the blue temple was within walking distance. We found the hotel to be good value for money.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The room had a dusty smell and there were broken lights.

The staff, including a helpful black-and-white cat at the reception desk, were friendly and tried their best to communicate and meet our needs.

The only improvement that could be made to the breakfast items is to offer better quality bread and fresher coffee.

Additionally, the nearby Akha Mountain House offered breathtaking landscapes and a charming waterfall within walking distance.
